N° 01 — Downtown Toronto

A reimagined
boutique in the core.

A late-Victorian commercial conversion on King Street East, opened as a 94-key boutique in spring 2024. Public floors resolve around a restored timber-and-brass lobby; guest floors are dressed in oak, honed stone and laundered linen. We delivered the full FF&E and OS&E package across every floor.

A 145-key full-service hotel with a 400-seat banquet and conference floor. We delivered the FF&E package across every guest floor and the entire public-floor seating, drapery, lighting and back-of-house kit. One consignment, one named lead, four containers.

building, reborn.

An adaptive reuse of an 1890s commercial building in Hamilton's restored downtown core, opening as a heritage hotel in 2026. Period-appropriate brass, oak millwork and quarry stone, paired with quietly contemporary soft furnishings. Every line item sourced to honour the envelope.
